May 17, 2008: Of course Uncle Joe hosted the NASCAR Sprint Cup All-Star Race Party at Yankee Doodles in Santa Monica! The Speed Channel kept checking in for live shots during their three-hour pre-race program, then the 24th running of the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Race from Lowe's Motor Speedway took over the big screens. Throughout the event, J.B. and the KLOS Cool Patrol gave away prizes like a full ticket package for the Pepsi 500 at the Auto Club Speedway, a Richard Petty Driving Experience, autographed Jimmie Johnson merchandise, concert tickets and more. Rock & roll!

First off, you need a mic-on-a-stick!

Then you have to have a Richard Petty Driving Experience race car parked in front of Yankee Doodles on the Santa Monica Promenade.

Meet folks and give stuff away....

Then set-up a shoot for SpeedTV on the Promenade...
