Uncle Joe Benson at the January 22, 2000 Hamer Toyota Grand Reopening.   January 22, 2000: Joe Benson, Off-Road Racing Legend Ivan "Ironman" Stewart and the ARROW 93 crew were at the Grand Reopening of Hamer Toyota in Mission Hills. Toyota Motor Sports and Toyota Racing and Development cars were on display, as well as the Uncle Joe's 1957 Corvette drag racer. Joe's partner, 'Vette owner, Randy Balough, got plenty of racing tips from fans that will be out to watch him at the NHRA Autozone Winternationals the first weekend in February. Joe kept busy throughout the day with the "live remote" that brought in a larger than expected crowd. Now, we gotta get one of those TRD Celicas! (Photos by 'Digital' Bill McDermott.)
