Time for another Uncle Joe/KLOS Cool Patrol Meet & Greet at the biggest off-road show in the land — the Sand Sports Super Show at the O.C. Fairground in Costa Mesa! With all the exhibition halls filled,    Gathering around to say hi and have some fun!   Rails in space and firmly on the ground.   This was the year of radical graphics.  So how do you feel about whiners?
