Uncle Joe Benson at the 2002 NHRA Winternationals. February 9-10, 2002: The entire Uncle Joe's Racing Team and the Arrow 93 crew spent two glorious days in the sun at the 2001 NHRA K&N Filters Winternationals (the first big drag meet of the year) at the Fairplex in Pomona. Both newly painted team cars, Randy Balough's Uncle Joe's Racing 1957 Corvette and Scott Hall's Uncle Joe's Racing Super Comp Dragster raced and were displayed at the Uncle Joe's Meet & Greet sessions. J.B. even joined old friend Mike English in the announcer's booth, to call the first round of Super Gas Eliminations (144 cars!) before making the rounds at the Automobile Club of Southern California hospitality suite.
