Uncle Joe Benson at the 2000 NHRA Finals. November 9-12, 2000: When the long 2000 NHRA Drag Racing season ended at the NHRA Automobile Club of Southern California Finals Drag Race at the Fairplex in Pomona, Randy Balough had scored more points than ever driving the Uncle Joe's 1957 Super Gas Corvette. Randy finished 8th in NHRA Division 7 and 25th in the whole country! The Finals weekend itself was jam packed with Uncle Joe Meet & Greet sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
